Why choose Airasolt

Control the pests, not your whole schedule.

Eliminate worker exposure

Fogging happens without applicators in the area, helping you reduce contact during treatment.

Cut labor costs

Stop hand spraying every leaf surface and reclaim hours spent on weekly application routines.

Reduce chemical footprint

Use a fraction of the pesticide volume compared with hydraulic sprayers and minimize runoff.

Improve coverage

Reach the top and underside of foliage, along with other hard-to-hit areas in dense crops.

How it works

A simpler weekly routine

  1. Fill the 1-liter canister with water and the labeled amount of pesticide for your space.
  2. Place the unit, set the switch, and leave the treatment area.
  3. Return when the automatic cycle ends and let your airflow strategy do the rest.

The Airasolt story

Born from real greenhouse frustration.

Back in 1992, the Airasolt team built a small greenhouse that eventually grew into twelve houses spanning 36,000 square feet. Like every grower, they ran into bugs and learned quickly that hand spraying was slow, inconsistent, and disruptive.

The answer became a compressor-powered fogger that could deliver a dry, fine mist with uniform coverage, then shut itself off after 20 minutes. The result was a faster, smarter, safer approach to pest control for greenhouse and grow room operators.

In some applications, only a very small amount of product is needed. Always follow pesticide labeling, Worker Protection Standard requirements, and your crop-specific guidance.

FAQ

Clear answers for growers.

What size area is the ULV 1000 designed to cover?

The existing Airasolt site positions the unit for greenhouses and grow rooms up to about 1,500 square feet, with more reach when horizontal airflow fans are part of the setup.

How long does a treatment cycle run?

The technical specs list a fixed run cycle of 20 minutes, with a tolerance of plus or minus 10%.

What makes dry fogging different from hand spraying?

Airasolt is built to reduce time spent hand spraying, improve uniform coverage, and help keep applicators out of the area while treatment is taking place.

How much solution does the machine hold?

The reservoir capacity is 1 liter. The About page notes that some applications may use very small amounts of pesticide depending on the area and the labeled product directions.

Which pests is this site speaking to?

The current Airasolt messaging focuses on spider mites, aphids, thrips, whiteflies, and other common greenhouse or grow room insect pressure.
